This place is a heaven for pets. I literally love every single person working there. They all are so nice and lovely. Whenever I need to go there even for a minute they make my day with their good attitude.I was so stressed and two minded about spaying my cats, but everyone working there they give me enough time and tones of information to make my decision and helped me a lot through this process.The spay surgery went smooth and fast without any problems. My cats experienced meeting only two doctors, but I see the rest of them all the time and you can say all of them are the best. Also their spa for clipping pets’ nails is so calming and worthy of the time and money.Both of my cats are adorable and healthy thanks to all the staff, doctors and nurses.

It's taken me a bit of time to write this review but the experience I had at McGilvray is worth sharing. Around the Christmas holidays my 8 year old JRT starting getting sick, and her health quickly declined. Our original vet took us to the cleaners and couldn't come up with a proper diagnosis for weeks. We landed at McGilvray from a gracious referral and Dr. Adriana Olijnyk helped us navigate this extremely difficult situation.Everything about this place gave us warmth and hope. Within a day they helped us put Pebbles on proper medication, and really exhausted their efforts to try and get her to a better spot. We were lucky enough to have another week / half with her as a result of this. The team at McGilvray despite only knowing us for a week - treated us like family and offered as much comfort as they could. Even while dealing with grief, I couldn't stop praising to family and friends how lucky we were to have worked with Dr.Adriana and her team.When we're ready to open our home to another four legged friend again, I'll be sure to start their journey with McGilvray. I fully recommend this place. My family cat, Jasper, recently had to be euthanized due to old age, and McGilvray made sure he and us were comfortable up to his last moments. Jasper had been seeing them for 19 years and the service has always been great. They took great care of him, and helped keep him healthy over the years. You can tell that the people there care about the animals they see. We truly cannot thank them enough for all they've done for us over the years.

New client with Dr Kyle Lee. He's wonderful and the receptionists are all lovely. It's always disheartening when receptionists aren't warm (totally understandable given the abuse from clients), but at McGilray everyone is so lovely.I love the new location and their new parking. Much more convenient than the old one in my opinion.

Absolutely love coming to see Dr Adriana. She always makes us feel so welcomed and that our questions and concerns are never dumb or too small. She's super understanding and is always willing to help us find a solution for our dog's problems. The new office is also awesome - much better location and parking.

Not too often, l give a 5 star review, but this veterinary hospital deserves every star, if not more! Dr. Markus is an absolutely amazing person and doctor. The staff are incredible. I had a very bad experience with a previous vet who cared more about money than your pet, and the staff were incredibly rude! McGilvray vets have made us feel comfortable and truly care about my dog Maximus and have treated him like he's family. I totally recommend this veterinary clinic. Looking for a new clinic, tell them Maximus sent you!

My cat Jasper is a new patient at the McGilvary Clinic. Since our first appointment, I've felt nothing but a sense of relief that my baby is going to be well taken care of. Dr. Ogilby is phenomenal. He's so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I know my fur baby is in good hands when I bring him to Dr. Ogilby. Everyone is so pleasant in the office. You can feel and see the love they have for each and every animal in their care.

I brought my new 4 month old Bernedoodle for a puppy check up and to update his shots.I was greeted at the door with warm smiles and quick service and what seemed like every employee in the clinic.My puppy’s Vet was Dr. Lee who was extremely nice and knowledgeable.He was very gentle with my puppy, answering all of my questions and also following up on three occasions after my appointment with follow up test results and information on my pup’s nutrition via phone and email.There is a reason this clinic has great reviews, it is an excellent clinic with an awesome staff.

I would highly recommend McGilvray. The practice is run very well. Every vet we’ve seen has been excellent and the office staff are extremely helpful and professional. They have a great grooming service too!
