Purchased a 2021 RDX Advance from here yesterday and I was extremely pleased with the overall experience! Kasey was my main advisor through the process and she was fantastic - very personable. Thank you to Paul and Michael as well! There’s a much closer Acura dealership to me but I drove a bit further to Jeffrey because of the positive reviews and I don’t regret it one bit. I haven’t experienced the service department yet, but I have high hopes if they are just like the sales department. Loving my new ride!

Well this might have been my easiest car buying experience in 35 years. And considering the supply chain issues, chip shortage, and Covid issues, this was a welcomed relief to several other dealers out there who were plain awful to try to buy from. Tyler in sales could not have been better to work with, Chris in finance even made it easier by using some great tech to e-sign all my documents remotely since I was coming from Chicago to buy my car, and finally Paul, the sales manager, was great to work with too - everyone was super straight forward and helped to make the buying process easy - and considering I had already had some nasty surprises with two dealers close to home, I was relieved to be able to work with such a professional dealership.I wouldn't be surprised if I worked with these guys again in the future, they are worth the 300 mile trip.

The car buying experience was amazingly fast and smooth. From Owen in sales working with us and taking in our concerns to Chris the finance manager taking the time out and explaining the process. This was a great experience all the way. After, Owen even took us to the service department to meet the manager that will assist in our routine service visits. After being treated like a ping pong ball between Acura of Troy and Acura Corporation over the AcuraLink. Brian of Jeffrey Acura Service Dept came to the rescue. He knew exactly what to do and reset the car's software system to get rid of the alert that was on the app. Twenty minutes and we were out the door. Acura of Troy wanted me to leave my telephone with them while they worked on the car. Ridiculous!!! I could go on, but just don't go there. It's not worth it.

Sales representative said they were Not entertaining cash offers" on new vehicles! Insisted on a minimum of 6 month financing and paying sticker for an 2023 MDX. I am a previous customer and was saddened to see they were not interested in selling me another car. I called Acura to complain and they informed me that Acura Dealers are independently owned and selling terms are solely in their control."

The sales and management staff were easy to work with and were not pushy at all. They listened to my concerns and made gave me a bottom line offer up front. I was able to close the deal and do the financing from my home and my vehicle was delivered the same day. Overall, the experience was a very positive one.
