Maryam is in one word an expert. She basically resolved one of the most difficult cases that no one else could do. I talked to various agents and after so many back and forth, their answers was negative; they kept telling me that your case was unique and twisted and there was no other solution for that. Maryam, patiently, explained all the possible scenarios and clarified, in a very transparent manner, what I had to expect, including the chance of failure, and eventually, she made the impossible, possible without giving up. What I enjoyed the most was her ability in explaining the banking system patiently and answering questions swiftly.
