I found Terra Doors based on positive reviews on their website and after having them install my new door, I can definitely see why!Nav and Vi were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish!My home was built in 1943 and I was worried how challenging replacing the original door would be. They made the entire process of choosing and installing the new door a breeze.I would highly recommend their service if you appreciate good communication, competitive pricing, product knowledge, experience and the fact that they really care about the product they are installing (great attention to detail). Nav was very pleasant to deal with, they did a really good job during the installation and he was prompt to our communication every time. Their lead time was very reasonable, and the quality of their work was excellent. I would most definetly recommend Terra Doors to anyone. We love our new patio (French Doors)!

I contacted Nav to order a craftsman front door and several bi-fold and french closet doors. The home is older and there is not a level or plum wall anywhere. They gave me incomparable service and quality.He was able to source exactly what I needed. He and his colleague spent the whole day doing exacting and beautiful work hanging the front door with gorgeous trim inside and out. They work slowly, methodically, taking care with every detail, and work with absolute honesty and integrity. I would not go anywhere else in this city for doors. They also have such a kind and reassuring presence and practice in person and via email. . It was truly a pleasure working with them from beginning to end. The results are outstanding and I could not be more grateful to them.

Terra doors outfitted a brand new construction build for me in Vancouver. On time, good service, and quality product. There were one minor deficiency but that's expected with all door companies but they came by and fixed the issue promptly. Will use them again for my next project without hesitation. Timely communication was key and they were very responsive unless other companies I used in the past.

I understand all these 5 star review a lot better now. Wow. High quality work, thoughtful problem solving, very smooth professional delivery and installation. The door looks fantastic with all the finishing details (fills, cuts, sanding) nearly flawless: precise, complete, and cared for. I wish everyone I worked with had their attitude and results. Because nothing is perfect, I want to give a complete picture. There were delays with the manufacturing, and they could have been a little more proactive in communication around this. I understand that they’re a small company, and their focus is on delivering for customers every day, and it did not impact my own delivery at all. I just didn’t know what was happening with the delivery schedule at some times. All-in-all, fully recommend giving these entrepreneurs and craftspeople your business. Great price, much lower than going through Costco or Home Depot, and great execution. 5 Stars!!(As an aside: the supply problem is obviously completely out of their control - we had Costco’s recommended supplier go bankrupt while we were waiting for delivery last year, and it was mostly supply problems that caused it. Costco refunded us and gave us a $1000 Costco card to apologize. Terra also turned out to be much less expensive than that supplier would have been, even after the $1000.)

We found Terra Doors online, and they had tons of good reviews. After visiting a few places we decided to go with Nav and his team. They were friendly, approachable and informative right from the start. They were great with answering any questions we had and was very communicative. We corresponded mostly via email. But when he was onsite he was professional and the work that was done was amazing and quick. We had to install 3 closet doors of very specific/custom size in a very old apartment, and Nav and his team made it work. We also got two other standard interior doors installed as well.

An amazing experience working with Nav of Terra Doors. We needed to replace our 40 year old front door. Nav was very helpful from the outset providing photos of different options with estimates very quickly. Much more helpful than various other companies I had consulted. Pricing came in very reasonable.Installation was perfect even though our framing presented some challenges. On top of that Nav and his partner are extremely pleasant.We absolutely recommend Terra doors.

Nav and his employee did an amazing job installing the door in my apartment. I dont have a storage locker but I have wasted space that I could use it and add the door. It was supposed to be 3 hours of work but they completed the job in an hour and half. I am over the moon by having the door now as it looks like a big transformation hiding all my stuff inside.

We were referred to Terra Doors by a friend, and had the team hang a garage entry door and install a new front door for our house. Nav and his partner Birinder were outstanding to deal with. From the get-go, Nav was very helpful in providing recommendations over the phone and email. Once we selected the door he came over to do the measurements and provided really great recommendations. Finally on install day I even messed up and forgot to tell him that our new garage entry door needed to swing the other way. Not a problem...Nav and Birinder were able to take the door off and reinstall it the proper way without any complaints. They’re super hardworking and left the house nice and tidy after the job. Really happy with their service and professionalism and strongly recommend them to anyone looking to get new doors!

This local Vancouver based family owned biz is very professional. Anything you need with exterior and interior doors... give them a call! I’m sure they can do it or recommend u options on how to get the job done in the most inexpensive way.They do great work and are quick with turn around times. I added a new framed glass insert for my door, installed new hinges and weather stripping. It made my door feel and look new again. I am very happy with having them complete my door project . I would gladly love to use them again in the future.
