For IELTS applicants;this venue seemed decent, but not perfect.CleanHas parkingOrganizedThe hall has a very high ceiling, causing the sounds be echoed, but not that much irritating.You might wait up to 1.15 hour to be seated on the day of exam, which is mentioned in advance to you via email.Attention: there was no timer counting down your test time. You should care about time. I suffered from this severely, especially at listening section.I was asked to wait more 10 minutes for my speaking test, 45 minutes in total in fact.Good luck everyone

I called to ask why my exam has been canceled as I have been told 2 days earlier just the location changed. They were so rude and hanged out immediately and didn’t even let me talk.

I am writing this with regard to its IELTS test rather than church itself.I attended the IELTS at July 23rd,2022 at Lansing United Church. The Test Center is extremely unprofessional. The email said the registration time is at 8 am. They start it at 8.15 am. We sitted the test room at 8:25 am, and the test started at 10:05 am. I litterly sitted in the test room for 1 and half hour. After 9:30, they still let people into the test room. If the test starts at 10, why we have to come at 8?The email said clearly no label water inside, and they allowed so many people have the water with the label.The oral exam was scheduled at 1:40 pm. Once we finished the exam, it's already 1:35 pm. Then we have no break directly head to the oral exam.The oral examer is unprofessional as well. It seems she was rush in time. She kept interrupted me although I didn't answer long. She interrupted me at least more than 5 times. The total amount of time used for oral is about only 10 mins. And I am the first one who had the oral exam.The experience is awful. It is the worst expereicne I ever had for my 4 IELTS exams in Canada.

Very friendly people, and a very nice and clean building. They have a food bank and nearly new used clothing program as well.
