Craftsman Collision

I've used Craftsman Collision a few times for window replacement and auto body repair with a few vehicles. The work provided has always been fantastic. I'd had another shop do my rotors the evening before (super tight budget).I stopped in at Craftsman to have fog light covers ordered and had been noticing some clunking while driving that morning so I asked if they could check to see if my tires were torqued tight enough. Mechanic Greg, came off of his lunch break and unscrewed the lug nut with his hand.He then took my vehicle into the shop to check all tires and torque then in front of me to the correct weight.Will only go to this shop from now on they have my safety at heart. I trust they opinions and quality of work, office staff are always super friendly, organized and accommodating. Plus they are ALL so welcoming and happy to see my dog.Thank you for always taking care of my vehicles and keeping me safe on rhe road!

Excellent quality work and great customer service. I had a major claim that required multiple shops to make all the repairs and Jolene handled it extremely well. She kept me informed the whole way through and made a painful process as painless as possible.

The seal of my sunroof had come loose. I brought my car to multiple different shops and was turned away. The team at Craftsman Collision were very professional and went above and beyond helping me out, they were able to get my issue solved within 30 minutes. Thank you Darren and others that helped me out! I appreciated their all hands on deck approach.

Claims to be an ICBC accredited repair shop but they have little to no communication with ICBC. I was told that my claim estimate would be submitted a day or two after my appointment and now I’ve waited a week to hear from ICBC just to find out they have not received anything from craftsmen. They lied by telling me that I should hear more about my claim very soon and if it weren’t for ICBC’s customer service I would be completely unaware of anything to do with my car. Do not recommend this shop for any service.

The team at Craftsman was incredible. They really rallied on my behalf and pushed to get my car fixed when ICBC was wanting to write it off after some vandalism. They found the correct parts, paint matched perfectly, and everyone I met with was so kind. They talked me through everything, answered all my questions, and were very reassuring. My car looks great now! Bonus points - they even left some mints in my cupholder. Highly trust their team and recommend them :)

Very impressed with this office. I came in this morning with a smashed window from someone breaking into my car overnight and I was an emotional mess. They were quick to offer me a quote for replacement, as well as providing kind words and a tissue box (knowing how stressed I was). I told them I needed time to review my financial options before proceeding with any glass replacement, and they offered to vacuum the glass up and seal my window with temporary tape. Well, the young gentleman who cleaned my car did an awesome job and the tape job almost looks like a real window! Although I did not proceed with purchasing the window replacement, I was very happy with my temporary fix and their service, as well as the free temporary window" replacement. Thank you again! :)"

Brought car in to replace windshield. Was told would only take couple hours. Came back a couple hours later and they hadn't even started the paperwork to start working on car. Then told to come back next week.Will never take my car to them again. Such a waste of time.

Wow! Just wow! Jolene and her team were unbelievably helpful to a walk-in who needed a hand at evacuating the damage and determining what to do. From the inspection to walking out the door and getting into my rental (kindly arranged for by them), my day went from awful to tolerable. And it was all thanks to their kindness and professionalism. Bravo!

If you want them to cause more damage to your car take your car here! Right from the get go the communication was terrible. Then they scratched both side panels putting the back bumper back on. Then claimed it was impossible for them to cause that damage so I asked for the pictures they sent icbc. Then they started singing a different tune. After some arguing they admitted that they caused the damage but want to me to pay for half of it because there was an existing scratch. Finally they agreed to pay for the damage they cause but wanted me to wait two more months to repair it. Who causes damage to someone's car and makes them wait two months? That's crazy. Finally it's fixed but they caused permanent damage to my trim when buffing the panels above leaving light markes on the black trim,all it would take is putting masking tape on it to make that not happen. They sadly don't care about the work they put out and I won't bother taking it back to let them mess up something else . So steer clear unless you want stress and headaches dealing with this place. The manager is very condescending, she treats you like a child when you can actually talk to her . I grew up in this industry and would never even dream of telling a customer that Plastic can't scratch plastic or they will just paint over scratches like she said.

Came in, in August. Was quote around $800 for a bumper repair. Was told that should be easy. And was told to give a deposit.After 2 MONTHS of waiting for an appointment. I dropped of my vehicle. Was called a few hours later. And told it would be $7500.That would have been fine if that is what I was told originally as I was deciding if I would go through insurance or not. Terrible experience.
