I brought in a item that I needed welded on short notice. They were very helpful and managed to fit my job in even though they were busy. The work was well done.

After 2 plus months I will finally get my rim back NOT repaired.May 6th I dropped a rim off for repair. It had 2 small cracks in it. The shop was busy I understood & the ball was dropped by both parties. 4 weeks ago my Husband was in contact with Melvin, estimate time & repair was given. 3 weeks ago was told it should be done by end of week. Since then I've called & text with no response same with my husband. Now 2 months plus later I finally spoke to Melvin, asked about my rim was told it was NOT done. So I will now be picking it up tomorrow July 14th NOT repaired!!!

No one ever picks up the phone, their answering machine is always full and they never return your e-mail. What an amazing customer service.

No reply to their emails never get back to the customer.
