The Union MVMNT
Cas was amazing! My boyfriend and I have been ultra stressed out lately, and we went to her gentle yoga class and felt totally in balance and renewed after. We felt actually so out of it because of how relaxing it was, in the best way! Thank you so much, we will be back. Glad this gem exists - the studio is super clean and bright - which I love. Namaste!
