I’m sorry I’m a bit confused reading some of these reviews! Sure. I understand how ppl could be having a bad day or something they don’t like happening that’s out of staffs hands but there are some of the best doctors working here! You would think that would be a think people are great full for?! You can’t please everyone I guess!

Doctor(s) are amazing. Receptionists never answer the phone or respond to phone messages. It’s quite stressful. I’ve never experienced this with a doctors office before.

I am relatively new to Milton (2019 Aug). Soon after I became patient of Dr Y. Dworskyy. Since getting to know him and his staff (Natalie), I have nothing but praise for their prompt, courteous, and caring services. This Dr. goes above and beyond his normal patient care duties and has helped me maintain my good health and counsels me as needed. He then follows up with me by phone where needed to ensure all is well. Natalie is just as helpful to set up appointments etc and calls back to answer any of my phone messages. A Great team at Bronte Family Medical Clinic indeed.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment with one of your doctors for the past week, but I have been unable to do so. Despite leaving multiple messages throughout the week, I have not received a call back from anyone in your office. Additionally, every time I have tried to call, nobody has answered the phone.As a patient, I find it unacceptable that I am unable to get through to your office and schedule an appointment. I understand that medical practices can be busy, but the lack of communication from your office is concerning and has caused me undue stress and inconvenience.

Dr. Sayanthan Sabanathan is an amazing, knowledgeable and patient doctor. I've been looking for a new family doctor for a while and I'm glad I found this clinic. Dr Sabanathan assessed my situation and actually spent the time to listen to me explain everything to him in depth and did not rush me out, we tried a treatment plan that did not seem to work so we're working on a new treatment plan. He took the time to explain the different drug families to me and gave me a chart to research the different Phamaceuticals and the effects they may have on me. After doing some research and obviously under this doctor's professional guidance and experience I finally feel confident for the first time in the direction my life is going and that I can actually get better.

Really disappointing.Very unorganized. The receptionist admitted that they have several different doctors on different systems". Not sure why they can't just set up a joint calendar

My new doctor is great, the staff however is not. I had to cancel an appointment because of an emergency hoping for a phone appointment instead and called 2 hours beforehand and of course no one picks up the phone as usual. Left a voicemail and did not get a call until 2 hours later! Not only that but their “online booking system” is useless and not helpful when you book 2 days before and they accept it at 9pm the night before. It’s been unorganized like this since I’ve been coming here for years but even them trying to “improve” it’s not getting any better

Terrible service.The new staff is absolutely unprofessional & very unorganized. Slightly rude, prejudice & discriminatory.The new doctors are also uncooperative & rushing to move and talk to patients they speak native language with.I was with my child and it was utterly disappointing to experience this behaviour.I only went because of Dr Piyanthi as she’s patient, humble & extremely kind to hear out the concerns & diagnose. I was hoping for a similar experience but I was just too sad.

I take my kids here as it’s the only place we trust for the doctors, however the receptionists here are awful. Never answer the phone, make minimal effort to call back, and are overall irritating to make appointments with. If you walk in they give you an attitude when it’s a walk in for a reason.

I am so blessed to have Dr. Wong as my family doctor! She is just the best! She is so caring, detailed oriented and thoughtful! Only praises for her!
