Only dealership in town that seemed to have it all together was Hyundai of Chatham. Very friendly sales people and not pushy. Listened to what we wanted and got exactly that. Need a new ride, go there.

I am a Service Advisor for Hyundai of Muskoka in Huntsville, ON. I have the privilege to assist our customers on the service side of the counter. My parents and siblings live in Chatham, and my wife and I were traveling down to visit for our first anniversary this last weekend (Friday, Feb. 10th - Monday, Feb. 13th), and just a bit southwest of London, we were experiencing some swaying and abnormal vibrations (that felt almost like a very loose wheel) in our 2022 Hyundai Venue. I was nervous that something might have happened with the vehicle when heading down, but it turns out that it was the ridges in the pavement of Highway 401 that were throwing us around a bit! I couldn't be seen at 10:00pm and in rain...We pulled over and had our vehicle towed after waiting for only an hour for our tow driver (towed down because at this time we suspected it had to be something with vehicle and did not want to risk it). I emailed Joel, the Hyundai of Chatham Service Manager the details and the next morning (Saturday mornin), I brought my keys to him. He was so prompt to call me even on my way to dropping them off.After an hour, he updated me on their technician's road test; stating that the vehicle is okay. They were all still thorough as to inspect it on the hoist. That very morning, our vehicle was addressed and all good to go.Thank you so much, Hyundai of Chatham. I have been dealing with the Hyundai of Chatham for over 20 years and this family owned dealership has become just that - family. I Their service department has consistently treated me fairly and not once have I felt like they were taking advantage of me. In fact, just the opposite - their advice is always for what's best for me! Way to go, Joel and Rachel and the rest of the service team. Yesterday, I picked up my brand new 2023 Ioniq 5. I had to wait 15 months from the time I ordered it until I picked it up. Over those months I received regular updates from both Hyundai Canada and Hyundai of Chatham. And the Ioniq 5 is a work of art and technology. I love my newest Hyundai - the best ever.

Our 12 year old Sonata hybrid with very high mileage finally gave up the ghost. It was a great sedan.The same day we went back to Hyundai and asked what was available as we have some long trips planned. Joel, Justin, and Tara helped us figure out our next steps and we are now the proud owners of a 2023 Tucson hybrid SUV. being an out of towner my car died on 401. CAA picked up in 15 min and dropped off 20 min later. Met Joel and within the hour told needed new engine under the extended warranty. Put me in a rental and on my way. 16 days later picked up car and never better. Joel and his team made the whole process smooth and worry free. Breath of fresh air dealing with a long established family owned dealership than one of those multi group conglomerates. When shopping for a replacement you guys will be my first call. Thanks
