We brought our 7 month old to the paediatric emerg and had a great experience! We were seen very quickly and received great care. I really appreciate that there is a separate area for children. I would recommend bringing your child there for urgent care.

Went to the ER twice within the past 3-4 months. Was in and out in 3 hours on both occasions. All staff that I interacted with were courteous, friendly and professional.

Have been going to the MGH emergency for a couple of months now. One thing for sure every-time I got diagnosed properly. Yes the wait time is longer it will probably take 5 to 6 hours in busy time to get discharged. But every-time i can go home with a peace of mind. This hospital can be a lot better if there was more doctor and nurses.

Great place to get service. Stuffs are very nice. Professional. One problem I have noticed is wait time a little bit higher since they wait for the Test Results". This is very normal."

I was Close to die and they didn’t care I was telling them I feel like I’m gonna die from pain and they give me pills thy Where like is ok wait the doctor but I was blinding internal blinding they just let me like that wait for 2 h after I feinted because of a lot of blood Loss then the doctor come u guys should not make people wait not more then 30 min I guess time is important

I wont penalize them for being slow to seeing me though that was an issue as well. I assume most ERs are busy.That said, the doctor on call joked within ear shot of patients about how a patient may have gotten an std. Also spoke with language like her seizures are impressive" about another. Again within ear shot of the patients.Very unprofessional"

Awful service down here, the doctors the nurses every single employee is rude here, they don’t care about patients health, they chat with each other they laugh and the patients are suffering there.

Thank you for the child and youth care department. We went on a busy evening and my baby saw the doctor after 3 hours and we recieved great care from the doctor and nurses. Thank you.
