Hillside is an amazing Guelph phenomenon. A three day music festival at Guelph Lake. Such a great, inclusive, progressive, fun festival. Three good sized, good sounding stages, each with a distinct vibe. Easy bus in and out of Guelph. Awesome bike accessibility and storage. Solid food selection. Cheerful volunteers.A must fest.

Hillside is an inspiring community, a great party, a fantastic line up of artists, a beautiful natural space, serious food, and an environmental leader with connections to both traditional knowledge and innovation. What's more, it manages to be all these things for people of all ages. Highly recommend.

I grew up going to Hillside, which makes me sad to say that I feel it's become quite over priced, especially without the big names to back up the price. Don't get me wrong it's a wonderful atmosphere full of lovely people and vendors but I stopped going because I've either seen the artists a handful of times or I don't know who they are.

Hillside is the best! Hands down, say no more. Done. Buy tickets with confidence and camp at the conservation area! Will be back next year For Sure!!

Lots to set this festival apart:- Diverse ages and family-friendly vibe- Incredible efforts to maintain an eco-friendly event- Fantastic and varied foods (but really you just need the Indian tacos)- The lake is available for anyone needing to cool off- Four stages, so chances are you'll find great music suited to your tastes- Craft beer, but bring your festival mugCamping available for the weekend.
