I contacted this company at least over 2 years ago to get help for my mom it took forever to get a response from them. When they did finally get back the lady i talked to said her partner had been in a crisis & once he gets back they will call us to set up a meeting. They kept us hanging on for another 6 months we called them back saying our mom was in desperate need for assistance again we were told that they will call us back & about a month later we did get a call to set up a meeting with the lady she then cancelled on us for the meeting. It was very unprofessional service on their behalf & the whole time we were making all the calls to follow up on what was going on. By this time my moms health became worse what made us mad we even asked if you cannot provide us with assistance we would like to look elsewhere but we tagged along with false promises.We finally gave up on them & found assistance for our mother.

I got help for my dad they are very helpful cooperative and kind they work as clients need , staff is well trained we are with them since 1 one year. I will definitely recommend this company if your love one need help.
