By looking through the comments there can be a common pattern of taking people's money and not exchanging it. My brother tried to exchange some money and has paid them their payment, but it has been over a month and he hasn’t received his exchanged money. When reached out about not receiving any exchanged money, instead of helping out and trying to solve any problems, they accused us of lying. This can also be seen through every negative comment that has been posted, instead of trying to better themselves, they would rather call their customers liars and blame everything on them. There is no problem with a business making mistakes, but instead of admitting to their mistakes and trying to solve them, they would rather blame everything on the customer or client. This wasn’t our first time exchanging money with them and there were no issues. With current economic issues, it is important to have our money quickly and on time which this business failed to do. As a foreign student, I need to have this money on time and me and my brother depend on it.
