Burloak Auto Care

I was recommended this place and thought it was a good idea to give them a try. worst idea ever . made an appointment, showed up a few minutes early and was told he was going to be 15 minutes late and he was half an hour late. First red flag , he greeted seemed genuine enough so what’s the worst right?, well i was told it would take 2 hours so we decided to go grab something to eat. couple hours later was told it was done and we went back . we checked out the car and it was clean to the unsuspecting eye but here and there there were blotches seemed like they didn’t do a good job. supposedly got salt stains outs , but few days later the salt stains returned. worst $100 i’ve ever spent . they don’t do a good job and then they ignore you’re messages for bringing up things . stay clear of this place . go somewhere else . i could’ve done a better job at carwash myself with a cloth and vacuum.

Very friendly and professional staff. They know what they are doing, very detail oriented service and the price is the best part.Service was beyond expectations. They managed to get stains out of my seats that I could not for the longest time; dashboard and pannels look brand new; all the nasty gunk in my rims was removed; engine was also cleaned to satisfaction.I will finish with this quote: the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten". Except that this guys are high quality for a reasonable price."

After having my friend referred me to burloak auto Care I thought he was exaggerating. However, I don't think I've ever had such a good service ever. Not to mention the good customer service that I received. I definitely recommend to anybody. For sure will be back.Thanks for the great service

I rarely put my car through a carwash. I see my car as a car, not as a trophy. It does not need to shine to takes me from A and B.I never thought about paying to get the interior clean, but sometimes we do stuff we think we would never do. I took my car to Burloak Auto Care on Feb 19-2019 . WOW, the last time I saw my car this clean, it was the day I bought it five years ago. I am so satisfied with the service and the price (fair in my opinion) that I have to give them *****.If you love your car; you should take it to Burloak auto care. If you are lazy, like me, and you know you will never do a good job cleaning the inside; you should let Burloak auto care do it for you.
