I am deeply appreciative for George and Purvi for their help in securing a beautiful five diamond ring for my wife. There was an issue with my original order due to the stock being from last year, it would not be fulfilled. George was able to allow a higher tier model for us at the same original cost. I went into Lugaro Metrotown looking for an engagement ring for my Fiancée and I received plenty of help from Michael, one of their jewelry experts. He showed me their selection of engagement rings, informed me about selecting the right diamond and helped me understand how cut, clarity and colour come into play when looking at a diamond. He took the time to go through Lugaro’s ring collection based on my (Fiancée’s) wish list and in the end I was able to find the ring that I proposed to my Fiancée with!
