Excellent experience. Everyone from reception to treatment areas are courteous and helpful. The Physio-assistants worked their magic on my sore neck, with a great reduction in pain. Thanks to everyone at Great Lakes.

I am a returning client who had a great experience when I fell and had a very serious concussion. Sadly Jeff is not around anymore to field any issues I had concerning payment for my services. I always paid on the spot and was given a cash discount the files will show that. I do not have health plan like the majority of clients and was told by the receptionist that if I did not like the cost of 90$ for a consultation I could go elsewhere she was very rude. No consultation was required they know my issues its in the file. I had no choice but to pay because my vertigo was bad . I saw a young man Mr. Kumar he was amazing within 20 minutes he corrected my problem he had my charts from my prior appointments so the session was quick and extremely effective. I left the place never to return there because of the rude conversation with the receptionist also a 90$ charge for a twenty minute session is Ludacris and yes I will go elsewhereDenis Grasis

I went this clinic today to ask for an assessment for Veterans Affairs for an injury. Reception asked for my blue cross card for witch I said they cant bill direct as stated on the letter that I was going to bring at the time of the appointment.I said the blue cross card is not a credit card and it's used for a specific purpose.I was then told either way I need 70.00!I made an appointment but went back later to cancel as it felt like a mind game and a money grab.As I can read, this wont make difference. Let it be on her conscience.

After talking with reception I decided to go else where. Never have I ever had the impression that somebody thought they were better then me like that lady. So very rude and unhelpful. Last time I set foot in there.

Wife went here. Not a nice experience. She went elsewhere and they said that she was 2 weeks behind what she should be.Seems like if your not a paying customer, you get different treatment.Go elsewhere!
