Garret has been fantastic helping us find the right place to raise our family. Always available for a quick text or call to discuss details or concerns. When we chose what we hope is our forever property, he was great handling negotiations and bridging the buyer/seller relationship so all parties felt taken care of and pleased with the deal made. He has many connections with inspectors, contractors, etc so if there is any concerns/work to be done you know you are working with reputable and fair people. Got the keys from Garret yesterday for our new home, thank you again!
