Can't talk to a live person, they must phone you back , that's ok except you must measure the time in hours , not minutes. Then they did not have , so I called another welding supply shop in Regina , talked to a live person and they had in stock! Case closed . setting up an account with some one else, as of today.

Not impressed with level of service from this Branch. Seems as thought the ordering process for ordering dryice with all LInde locations is very broken and effort to make it right is subpar. Especially coming from a customer that has consistently ordered dryice from Praxair/Linde for over 10 years. I hope this is rectified soon!

This place has just gone down hill they can't even fix the parking lot door . Prices keep increasing . Won't honor lease pricing that's 2 months old. So glad your old manager is now with your competitors.

Ive heard bad things about rude staff and long waits but i personally had a great experience there. I went for LP fittings for a new bbq i was hooking up. I was shown all the parts i neeeded to make what i was setting up work.

I felt like I did something wrong when I went in to exchange a tank. Poor communication, poor vibe, customer service non-existent...bad day perhaps?!?

Service was exactly the same, excellent, what wasn't were the prices, the new American Company was kind enough to bump the price about 25%, heard that from other clients so it's not just what I bought, but everything, as soon as this tank is gone, so am I
