Friendly and offer good price when it comes when you are a serious buyer :) coverall experience was great, didn’t took us long to choose a car and buy it. Easy access and easy to find. Recommend if you live in north Laurentide, this place is a good choice.

No service. Battery drain problem was not diagnosed. New vehicle, under warranty. Mechanics didn’t bother checking for problems even after I insisted and instead just charged my battery and took my money. I had to get the problem fixed elsewhere. Avoid this location. Toyota warranty is not honored here it seems.

I am a Toyota customer of over 30 years and love their trucks and cars.Their vehicles are awesome.However, this particular dealership, I am sorry to say, has seen the last of me. The conduct of some of the service staff and their attitude towards non-francophone clients is deplorable and unfit for a professional business in the 21. century. From now on I will take my business elsewhere .

Had a great experience with the service department when I visited the area for a skiing trip. My vehicle was unable to make it over 50km/h I needed to drive 800km to get home. They were able to service my vehicle and got me back on the road within a few hours. I am very thankful for their flexibility and took care of our emergency. Thank you!!

Salesman had a very bad attitude and took me for a fool. Went to see a used car and couldn't even get him to let me try the car because the breaks where not good". Asked to bring the car to a garage to have it checked and was told I would need to pay 500$ upfront and sign as a garentee that I would buy the car before that would happen. They also tried to charge me an illegal Misc.fee of 400$ until I showed them the exact line of the law that prohibits this kind of tactics. Be very carefull if you are planning to shop there they have lots of shady "house rules". I personally will never shop there again
