Toxic Work Environment due to Management.

Applied here twice and both times got the job but then never got scheduled for a medical I was told I would have to do and was just wasting my time waiting for nothing. The first time I went through the whole process with a man and an older woman who was head of HR and they hired me and said I had to wait for a medical which they would schedule for me. Never happened. Again I applied and this time the man had been replaced by a younger woman and I went for an interview with her and went through the process and when she brought up the medical I brought up (politely) that I had gone through this whole process and unfortunately never got called for a medical when I was told I would be. She said that was concerning and left and went across the hall to another office. At this point I noticed she was talking to that same older HR head from earlier. When I went into the HR heads office she asked me all the same interview questions (keep in mind after the first time and this interview with the first lady this time this is the 4TH TIME I have answered all of these questions including a second time with her) and just ignored the fact they gave me a job and never called me to finish the process and was extremely rude because I'm guessing she was upset I'd mentioned her unprofessionalism and just grilled me on the questions I'd already answered 3 times and then said they'd call me for the medical. Yup, you guessed it, never called. Don't bother applying, they'll tell you you have additional steps to do and then just not do them while you're waiting. I'm not sure why they even put postings up, they clearly don't have the time to actually hire anybody.

This place is so unsafe I'm surprised no one has got really hurt . I have some training on near misses there one there everyday when I was there .They have no training or even Training sheets to sign .I worked there for 2 months not one training sheet signed .I have watch people vaper smoke jump pass sercurty curtains not loock out machine as they try to get it working the saws and supervisor know nothing would recommend my worse enemy to work there

Pathetic working environment, took half an hour just to open the gate then no one turned up for one and half hour.Totally unprofessional and uncivilized shipping labourers.
