I've been a customer of Deluxe Alarms for over 12 years now and during that time they have provided excellent customer service in many aspects. Not only is their home monitoring service great but just as in important is the customer service they provide when you call in. I wish all of my other service providers were even half as good as them! Recently, my home alarm system was fully updated and as usual the install went smooth as silk with a truly professional installer that knew what he was doing. Deluxe Alarms was responsible for installing my alarm system as well as my central vacuum. The technicians were professional and meticulous about their jobs. They took the time to explain everything to me as well. The customer service is also very responsive and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using them.

We have been Deluxe Alarm customers since 2008. We are very happy with all their services. When the alarm is set off they are quick to respond and when we call them due to an error they are quick to help. Each time we renew our alarm service with them they are able to give us a competitive price and offer any upgrades to us. The customer service is fast and friendly. They even have a loyalty customer service panel to assist us. They are so good I even referred my mother to them. We highly recommend their services.

To anyone thinking of having this company do anything at all for them take a second and read this true story.We have been excellent customers for 6 years. Due to certain conditions we have to move locations. We asked to have them set up our new place with everything brand new as it’s a new house. We we’re told they don’t service this area. So we then asked for the service to be canceled.Low and behold there is no way to get out of our contract and must pay out the whole 18 months remaining.Our mortgage charges 3 months penalty. But not these people. They have absolutely nothing to help except pay out the remaining contract. They don’t care it wasn’t a snap decision to move but it had to be done. If you take anything from this then don’t and I mean that seriously have anything to do with this company. They have absolutely zero compassion and only care about the almighty dollar. Not one person would tell us who the owners are but just kept saying nothing they can do for us.So we will pay the bill that we won’t be using because they can’t accommodate us by putting in a new system in our new place.Run as fast as you can from this company. If there’s a lower rate than zero I’d give it.Protect yourself and go elsewhere. If not they’ll rip you off as well.

Deluxe Alarms is a great company to deal with. We have been using them for almost 10 years. The customer service staff has always been friendly and helpful whether over the phone or by email. The technicians who have been assigned to us to perform installations are knowledgeable and respectful. When we moved houses, moving our service was straightforward. Deluxe alarms made it easy!

Useless company. Often they even don't bother to call you, if your alarm goes off. What's the point of such service?

From the time we sat down in the office to installation Deluxe Arms Inc was fantastic. Very transparent with costs and relatively competitive for pricing. They really took the time to explain how the system worked once it was installed and follow up was prompt. We even got the system installed a bit earlier than expected so that was a major bonus!!! Nice job .
