Tool Rental at The Home Depot

Great service today. I rented 2 power tools and I forgot to add gas to one when I returned them. The employee at the rental counter was extremely understanding and didn't charge me the extra $30 charge for not filling it up. I dealt with 3 employees at the tool rental today, and they were all fantastic.

went online wednesday and reserved a 12 foot scaffolding for sunday at 11am. Was told I would receive an email the day before confirming. I called on Saturday and was told everything was set to go to come and get it at 11 a.m. on Sunday when I needed it. Received an email at 7 a.m. Sunday morning saying I was set to pick it up at 11 a.m. as scheduled. Received another email at 937 saying it was cancelled! Then received a phone call saying that safety components were missing and they couldn't rent it out! You knew we needed it for 11 a.m on sunday and waited until an hour and a half before pickup time to cancel us thank you for leaving us in a mess will not rent from you again!
