Pulled in with a flat tire. The mechanic patched it, put it back on the vehicle, and I was on my way five minutes later. My toddler, who was snoozing in the car, didn't even notice. The service was friendly and the price very reasonable. Great shop.

Needed a trailer hitch/electrical installed. April is possibly the nicest person to chat with and dug right into the parts I would need. She even promptly called me back (instead of placing me on hold). She booked me in seamlessly and the hitch/electrical works great. Won’t hesitate to go here for any car needs in the future.

Had a tire patched cause it was leaking from a nail. Parked the vehicle for a little bit and when I wanted to use it again, the same tire was flat. That's my 3rd 0 star experience with these guys. It's would have been worth the drive a town over for each of these fixes.

Great mechanics but when you get your bill it's double their quote so be careful what you need from them.

While on a trip, we blew a tire and had to limp the truck in. They had a set of used tires that fit and had is back on the road the next day! The lady who runs the shop is wonderful and the price was totally fair. We are so grateful.

Nice thing about it being a Petro Canada station is you can use the mobile app to pay and accept digital receipts

Our battery didn't have enough CCA to start the car. Had the battery replaced on the spot by one of their friendly mechanics and we were on our way. Check your battery CCA before going on vacation even when it shows the correct voltage! Staff are super friendly and quick to resolve our problem so we can get back to our vacation!

These mechanics are crooked and quite literally everybody in Ucluelet will tell you. If you can, get to Port Alberni before letting these quacks touch your vehicle. You’ll bring it in with 1 issue and it’ll come out with 15, plus a hefty and unnecessary bill.
