We had a family room addition put on our home, and many other jobs done. We are so happy with Cope construction. The addition and backyard is beautiful. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

If I could give Ed and his company a higher review, I would. COPE construction put up a garage for my parent's house and a full extension at our place. Each step of the process has been amazing, with full and clear communication between Ed, myself and each member of his staff and crew.Additionally to that, we had a windstorm and lost part of the roof to our house, and after a quick text message, Ed had a crew member, (Chris) out the very next day and the roof was repaired with no fuss.If you are thinking of having anything done, keep COPE construction at the top of your list. You will not go wrong!

We had Ed replace a large awning with a permanent roof structure that is 40 by 16. He did an amazing job. His workers were always on time and their workmanship was superior. They left the worksite clean every day. Work was very professionally done and Ed or his assistant Glen were always checking up on progress. If you are looking to renovate or add to your home Cope Construction would be a great choice. We highly recommend them.

I called Cope Construction with regards of building a double car garage in my backyard. When I met Ed he was very professional and had great knowledge on all the info and laws when it comes to home construction. During the process, he was only ever a phone call away and always got back to me incredibly fast if not right then and there. He kept me updated on dates and times on when people would be at the house and what is next to come during the process. We had some bumps along the way, but that comes with any project and Ed was very accommodating to any concerns that I had. Once the project was done I can safely say I love my new garage and its exactly what I wanted, I will 100% be using Cope Construction in the future.
