Waited on hold for almost 10 mins, finally get someone and surprise surprise they know absolutely nothing about stationary bikes or workout equipment putting me back on hold. 4 mins later I get someone and enquire about the items im interested in just to be told that the guy I should talk too is busy right now.. I have spent over 16k dollars at this store and the customer service sucks.

This place man, the first time we went here my wife and I spent like 900 CAD on an exercise bike and the following day I received a phone call from some poor employee that their boss is asking them to call to collect the tax they forgot to charge me on the bike. I think it was around 70 dollars but still frustrating. The second time we went in they had a product that was labeled in store to cost 400 dollars but their own website had it on sale for 150 plus like 40 dollars shipping (this is according to the “owner”) they said they’re locally operated so they would apply what the owner believed to be a generous discount of 100 dollars, dropping the price to 300. So…I would spend an extra 100 dollars or so for what? Well, the owner possessed the subtlety of a bear on amphetamines when he claimed the discrepancy was due to the fact that they were “locally owned and operated) which is a laughable claim. I suppose technically many McDonald’s stores are also “locally owned and operated.”
