Appointment-Based After-Hours Walk-In Clinic Open Late

You can't walk-in.. therefore it is not a walk-in" clinic. It also claims to be an "urgent care" clinic

I'm very luck to have Dr. Marczuk. She is very professional, organized, listening to you and providing quality care in and after the appointment when needed.The receptionist respond and give relevant information in great timely manner, not like a lot of other walk-in clinics which usually ignore your call and never call back.If you ever need help after hours, they have your back.

Not a walk in clinic.Edit: the owner replies on reviews saying its a spam review for majority of genuine reviews that tell you that it isnt a walk in clinic, which it isnt. I went and they told me to make an appointment through the intercom.The fact that they are claiming people they falsely advertised are spam reviews tells you what kind of service you will get if you go there.

Fantastic experience. Was able to book an appointment with about 12 hours notice and signed myself in easily upon arrival. Doctor Hawash-Mostafa was patient, knowledgeable, and put my mind at ease about the issue I was having. Highly recommend, though make sure you wear socks!

I really appreciate this Walkin clinic. It is all self serve and very clear instructions. Did not have to wait long as it was appointment based and founds the doctors helpful. Place is maintained clean and hygienic.

Beautiful, modern and spacious new clinic with no lineups, friendly staff and a wonderful physician. Best service I’ve ever received for after-hours in Ontario.

Misguided info on the website. Says “walk-in” but also says “book now” I tried to book an appointment, wouldn’t let me for a regular visit

Awful service. The secretary is the rudest man I have ever seen in my life. First I feel like I was walking inside of a jail because there were so many intercoms I needed to talk through behind so many locked doors. Finally I make my way to the second intercom and the secretary refused to let me in the office because I did not have a negative COVID test with me. When I made the appointment a COVID test was not mentioned once. He made me wait in this little overheated room with only one chair and two locked doors between me until he would see if the doctor was willing to see me because I didn't have a test. His words were did you really try to come here for throat pain without a negative test?". He was so rude and treated me with no decency or compassion.While I was waiting inside my sauna this woman with her two young daughters rang the intercom. They were 15 minutes late for the appointment because the traffic on Wonderland was terrible. The secretary refused to let her speak to the doctor. The woman was so worried about her child saying she had been in pain for days and she just needed the doctor to check her ears and perscrive her some antibiotics it would only take a second
