Rude receptionist, 0 pt concern, argumentative and refuses to answer questions. When called to speak of the incident the same receptionist continued to argue rather than give me a complaint line or superior to speak with even after I had expressed I wasn’t speaking to her about this but I wanted to speak with a person above her. And rather than a simple “here is a complaint line, or I will get someone to call you back” she did nothing but throw “you” statements at me trying to say we were the problem for her attitude. Just complete unprofessionalism all around. Her co worker whom she handed the phone to was polite and simply said “everyone is busy at the moment, you can file a form online” I understand healthcare is difficult and people can be short when sick and or in pain and it can be exhausting to deal with. But there is absolutely no reason to argue, or ignore a pt concerns or questions. I work closely with doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers and have never seen such attitude and disrespect.And judging by the multiple poor reviews about this woman’s attitude you’d hope some correction would be made.

It’s one of the best clinic I had ever visit , Dr elghol has been my doctor for over 12 years. I moved from the Northside to spruce grove . I make my special trips just to see him . When I am sick Dr elghol is always there . I trust that doctor with my life . The Receptionist is always kind , beautiful smile and always a little chat no matter how busy she is . I am one lucky lady to have a fabulous doctor . I always gets appointments whenever I need them . I always make an effect to tell him how much I appreciate him .

I would give zero stars if I can. I have a family member in horrible pain. All we asked is that the doctor called her to get her meds refilled. We understand that doctors get busy. However the receptionist was the rudest person I have ever talked to. When my family member could not get through and was crying in pain I called the clinic to fix this issue. The receptionist proceeded to not let me get a single word out and interrupted me the whole time. When I tried to explain the situation she hung up on me. DO NOT go to this clinic although the doctors are good the support staff is utterly horrible.

Dr. Nabil was very helpful with my illness. I am now currently on a biologic and has significantly changed my life. I feel like a normal person again.

Terrible sense of urgency and prioritization of patients upon entry. Rude triage and interaction during admittance. One triage person working while lineup is out of the door, remaining staff watching but no urge to help address the line. Overall this is a medicenter and would not recommend coming here for any emergency.

This review is not for the physicians of this clinic but for the receptionist who works the front desk.I went for an exam that is not covered by AHS. While paying, the receptionist was trying to find a correct paper roll for the enterac machine. Received a phone call so I stepped outside to receive the call and not disturb the waiting room. The receptionist called me where I could see the clinic's number on the call-waiting screen. I stepped back in to tell her please wait

Absolutely awful service. Short patience and almost immediately angry when asked questions, raised voice for no reason at all, no clear answers and just told to go elsewhere. The receptionist I spoke to was truly rude and needs either discipline or ALOT more training on customer service. Clinics like this should be audited for quality control and public relations.

I’ve never waiting for less then 30 mins. The doctors are nice but the staff is horrible. I was having a medical emergency at home and couldn’t make it to the clinic. Know one would help me, the doctor wouldn’t call me back and the receptionist hung up on my sister when she called to try and get me help. They have no people skills.

Worst place don’t ever book an appointment here!!! Receptionist is very rude and disrespectful over the phone or in person . I hate this clinic they never want to get anything done and always make you wait 30 mins more than the scheduled appointment. And when I asked to change family physicians they asked me to pay them a fee of $35 for my paperwork. I would be glad to pay more than that just to leave this clinic.

Amazing nurses and a great doctor on tonight. I was admitted with heart attack like symptoms they went above and beyond the call of duty, as far as I am concerned. They even dipped into the staff food to make sure I had a meal while I waited for test results. I hope to never have to be hospitalized again but if I do I would return here with no issues.
