When you've bought six products and told you to limit them to four, it comes from the manager and is not advertised.

Great pharmacy, Fatema and her team are just outsanding and she has remained constant since she opened the pharmacy. My family and friends all switched our files to her pharmacy, after being loyal to another pharmacy for decades, because she and her team gave us such a great service and advices. Then worse pharmaprix I ve been to !They had butter on promotion. We called in advance to make sure the had the quantity we wanted. They said yes. When we came by they said manager Danny only authorizes 4 packs of butter per client. Nowhere in there flyer it is specified !! We bought up to 70 stick of butter from many other pharmaprix stores and never had this issue. The worst management !!

Very rude customer service ! I will put the information to fumer right for my dad about his senior rebate on Thursday ! Very bad experience!

Recently moved to Candiac and had to pick up a medication at the pharmacy. The owner was working that day at the lab, and first impression is that customer service is great and pharmacist is very nice and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every little detail. I really enjoyed my experience. Thank you :)

I went to this Pharmaprix location today with my younger sister, and were profiled as we have been on several other occasions at this same location. I was there to buy shampoo but as we’re in a situation of pandemic, I go out less frequently and thought to look around while I was there to see if there’s anything else I’d be interested in buying to avoid a second trip. Very quickly the girls from the cosmetics section began trailing us less than subtly. This happens every time I am here. They pretend to be looking at a product very near us and block both sides of the aisle. The moment I was holding a product, a container of setting powder she turned to me and told me she’d take it to the cash and grabbed the item out of my hand and returned. I have grown accustomed to this behaviour as it had happened on multiple occasions. I then went to the hair products aisle and was further followed there, my bottle of shampoo taken to the cash forcefully the moment I picked it up. There were many other shoppers and we were the only ones being targeted. I never write reviews, especially not negative ones but I find that enough is enough and something had to be said. Pharmaprix needs to re-evaluate how they treat their customers because while I bought the items today, I, and I’m sure many other will be inclined to shop elsewhere considering this sense of undeserved guilt that is put on their non-caucasian clientele who are only trying to get their shopping done like anybody else.

Super unhelpful woman on the phone who couldn’t help me with a simple question and only told me to go in store and look. Don’t recommend

On the laboratory side onlyOn several occasions:- Long waiting time on the phone.- When the customer comes in front, no sign of welcome by a receptionist. the customer is completely ignored. in addition, a very long time to speak with a person.- Once spoken with the receptionist at the laboratory, a minimum of 20 minutes to get your prescription.
