Fast and friendly check-in/check-out experience. All the staff encounters were friendly and professional. Hotel lobby and breakfast area was clean. Pool had towels, and was clean.The light" social in the evening seemed to have only consisted of some steamed Vegetables. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection. Bacon

Fantastic stay! The room had plenty of space to spread out with a large bedroom and a kitchenette to whip up some quick meals. The pool was a decent size and the staff was incredibly friendly and the facility was clean! Will definitely book here again!

Fire alarms going off as we’re were trying to check in and found out the alarms would be going off our entire stay. They wouldn’t take our credit card and after 40 mins of going back and forth they said all the sudden they could take debit with a 250 extra hold. Our credit card was good, they were super rude and unhelpful. The people in front of and behind us got the same rude behaviour and both groups of people had problems with their rooms or checking in.

I was allergic to something, possibly a cleaning agent, and could not breathe. The air felt stale and dry. I wish the windows would at least slide open a little bit to let some fresh air in.On the positive, the staff were lovely and the rooms looked pretty nice. Breakfast was great too. Bedding was not the best.

Overall experience at the hotel was satisfactory, however, the shower was not functional during our stay. Despite being occupied with other tasks, Mr. Adrian (night shift front desk agent) was extremely helpful and demonstrated a high level of responsibility in resolving the issue for us. He was also very friendly and amicable person, making the situation easier to handle. Would have given 1 star if not for Mr. Adrian.

Our room was very nice. The bathroom was clean and the room was clean. I would stay again. The breakfast was pretty good. I would like a few more options but overall it was very nice.

We often stay at Homewood Suites, and we are usually very happy. This place had dirt and dead bugs in the sofa bead. We could not be sure they were not bedbugs. They could not find us another room so we had to leave. We had to get back on the road and find another place to sleep for the night. Our children did not get bed until 10 pm. I reached out to the hotel and to Hilton. Hilton said they cannot do anything, call the hotel. The hotel told me they would call back and so far they have not.I understand things can go wrong, but I am frustrated that they are giving me the runaround and I have no one to speak to. If I chose a Hilton brand, I shouldn't have to deal with this.

One of my favorite free breakfasts, and the workers are very friendly. They always had hot items like scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes etc. in addition to a typical continental breakfast (oatmeal, fruit, pastries). The rooms were clean, and though the heater was a little finicky, it ended up being fine. If you're on the side of the building closer to the highway, there will be road noise, and the walls aren't super soundproof.
