The bolts on the trailer hitch on my truck loosened up and needed to be tightened to 320 ft-pounds. Most shops don’t have a torque wrench that goes that high. DAVE at Kal Tire did! He wrestled both nuts to their proper torque and didn’t charge me anything. THANKS, DAVE!

Amazing service today. Thank you to the whole team at CR Kaltire. From start to finish every step was handled so well. Golden service. Every team member made it seem so easy and calm. The team was fluid as they stepped outside of their roles to pick up/drop off soni could get my car there and back home. I didn’t even have an appointment today. Like wow. Thank you.

Super friendly and helpful service. Two hours into our road trip we got a flat tire and they were not only able to get us in last minute but got the tire fixed and had us back on the road an hour later! Will definitely be returning customers here.

I arrived at Kal Tire an hour before closing with terrible brakes. Chris and Skyler did an outstanding job of repairing them. They stayed open late for me, lent a van so we could go have supper and generally bent over backward to help and fix my brakes. Wow! and Thanks so much.
