After losing my daughter's application twice I was given an apt to go inside to bring my daughters ID. Upon arrival I immediately was approached by the arrogant, rude, ignorant security guard who told me I had no apt and closed the door on my face twice. I didn't even get the chance to explain anything to him he was totally rude. I called the supervisor to remedy the situation BUT I've never in my 36 years was treated the way I was by that security guard UNPROFESSIONAL

They send you paperwork like clockwork, but try to call the number listed to actually talk to someone at the office is almost impossible. One time I was on hold for almost an hour, and the other time I actually reached the office, but it is all automated. In-person appointments weren't that bad, but trying to contact someone at the office via telephone needs improvement.

My wife and I called our local Woonsocket, RI SSA office today and it was a very pleasant and rewarding conversation. We each had a question and Mr Montano very quickly was able to answer them for us, and was very pleasant on the phone. We would like to state also we have always beenvery satisfied with every representative we have ever spoken with from this office. Very glad we live in the city of Woonsocket RI. Thank You.

SSN office is taking a lot of time answering every question they are not even responding to my questions .I am H4 visa holder i want denied letter from SSN office so I send them documents which are required for driving licences for H4 visa and I even written a letter why I want denied letter and at last they mail the letter that she didn’t submitted the required documents for SSN. I am shocked I even written the reason what I want for it is the worst experience ever

these clowns lost my drivers license after requesting it to apply for a new social security card, saying it would be returned within a couple days. A month later I have no driver's license and they refuse to help, choosing to blame COVID and the mail rather than help me find a solution. room temperature IQ's all around.

No help at all been transferred around for almost 3 months every call is you need to wait 14 days and call back. When I got upset because that us the only answer anyone will give me he said calm down I am helping you I am transferring you to my boss she can help. Well his boss is out of the office until the 27th wow about 14 days convenient. That just proves they could care less about anyone.

Absolutely horrible experience here. Everyone was extremely rude to me, from the security guard to the teller at the window. I met with Jim Reid at the window and he was very rude right to my face and actually laughed at me. It made me feel horrible how I was treated. I recommend if you need to come here, go somewhere else, this will not be a pleasant experience at all.

Throughout several months of 2021 I was still receiving paper checks through the mail. Unfortunately, I became the victim of fraud and became aware that my checks where being taken from the mail, and deposited into the thief's bank account after forging my signature. I became aware of this in July of 2021 & have been contacting the local office as well as having to go through the lengthy and seemingly endless process of notifying the necessary bureaucratic entities, filing reports and complaints as well as answering the same questions time & time again. I was beginning to believe that the issue would likely remain unresolved & the culprit would go without reprimand, which would allow her to continue committing these types of violations on countless other victims (as I was certainly not the 1st person she has violated in this manner) until recently when I became lucky enough to have my call answered by an employee of the local Woonsocket Office named Tim. He has been looking into my claim and has continued to follow up with me throughout the process. I finally feel as though this matter is being investigated and my claims are being heard. Thanks to the commitment and dedication of this representative Timothy, it appears that a resolution is right around the corner. Thank you so much Tim for keeping my claim on track and moving forward. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

Now I know why the VA Hospital gets such bad reviews. Initially its the front line government employees with their careless attitudes, and talking down to you like they are something special. They should learn some basic Hospitality service skills. Full seats waiting to talk with someone, only one window open and no access top the palatial back of the house where no one is available to assist you. Meritocracy at its best
