They are scammer.I asked for I lb of BBQ pork, it shows on the menu that it is $10.95.The lady asked if I could take a little more". I go... it is fine if it is a little more..and then she told me it is $18.××. I was like... it is almost 2 lbs... I then declined her "offer" but asked to have 1 lb only.I ended up having a box of FAT MEAT and barely saw a piece of cha siu!"

Amazing roast pork. The crackling is cooked fantastically. The marbling is quite good, see posts.Ask for at least 2 bones of roast pork, if you order 1 bone or just one pound, it's quite an inconvenience and they won't be very happy about it. This is with all butchers in general.Can't comment about the owners being racist, however, it's a systemic issue among the Chinese population, not all but many harbor these feelings.Just get in and out with your food. Ask for two bones, minimum.Cash only.

This shop has fairly good BBQ products but the customer service skills are horrible. Was in there last week and wanted to buy one of the soy chickens (one set price for any chicken). There were lots in the counter to choose from but the guy behind the counter reached to the chicken furthest away which was the smallest chicken and started to chop into pieces while I was telling him I didn't want that chicken. The guy behind the counter doesn't want to listen to you, he does was he wants to do. I ended up not buying the chicken.Just remember, the customer has the right to choose the item they want to purchase. Customer service goes a long ways and more stars.

Tried coming here this morning right as they opened. Told them I wanted a bbq pork and roast pork on rice with no ginger in both of them. They said ok then proceeded to put the ginger all over the rice… so I told them to scoop it out and give me a new rice. Then I noticed there was some old meat sitting on the side and while one woman was talking to me the old man decided to sneak that in instead of giving me the meat that was hanging… this place has been hit and miss but u always gotta watch them cut the meat as you will get old meat if u are not paying attention…Had to drive to crystal mall to get some much better bbq meats from delicious bbq..

Been coming here for years and it's always been hit and miss. When it's good, it's really good. When it's bad, it's pretty bad. It's unfortunate that they have no consistency. In the past half year or so though, it's gotten progressively worse. There have been less and less good" times. I think there's been a change of ownership/management. Whatever the reason though

Bought THE WORST roast pork belly tonight. It's burnt, dry and chewy. The skin has no crunch at all, the meat is so dry and chewy it's not edible. Ended up threw the whole thing away. Worst I've ever had, won't come back again.

I quite love their cha siu (bbq pork) and siu arb (bbq duck). This place is a staple for me and my husband. We usually buy tons of food in T&T and head upstairs for some roasted goodies. There's usually a line up and it is a sign of goodness to come.Their cha siu is a bit on the sweeter and tender side. I asked for leaner bbq pork and they deliver.

I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE. I ordered a whole roast pig, and it was the worst roast pork I have eaten in my life. It wasn’t roasted properly, and they didn’t even care enough to cut it. The pieces of pork they cut were as big as my hand, whereas usually they are bite sized pieces. Skin wasn’t even crispy, can’t even call it roast pork, it’s just bad pork. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews of this place before trying their BBQ Pork. It was the best I’ve had. Juicy and soft, great flavour. They offered to cut it as well. They don’t take debit in the shop but you can pay next door. Best to bring cash though.

First time trying this location. Pretty good. I’ll be back to try the roast pork next time
