The pharmacy is very unorganized every time I go and prescriptions take a long time to be filled, resulting in missing doses. Staff was nice.

If you take recommendations, “do you need further help with that product in your bag” would have been a been a more efficient way to settle your suspicions and reveal whether your dealing with a thief or just a socially anxious customer that’s trying to find the full size product that matches the sample she brought from home. I’d have appreciated that much more than being strung along by coy tactics of lingering after being informed no help was desired at the moment, forbid from carrying a product while continuing to shop, witness the area I’d been in be checked, and accused of having a hidden product in my bag while trying to purchase at the counter.I understand trying to do your job and prevent theft but I feel a bit humiliated after experiencing that for the first time today. Did I look too poor to be buying that brand? Was it because I flipped the label to check the price? Did my social anxiety and refusal for assistance present in such a suspicious way? Was it my sunglasses or the way my partner and I present ourselves? I can’t imagine there’s no one else that brings a sample from home to insure they buy the correct full product.Mistakes and misunderstandings happen I get that, so just work on dealing with that better so real thieves are dealt with and real customers aren’t humiliated by a misunderstanding, cause that sucked to experience.

We've been in some tricky situations and the Pharmacist has always come through for us and gone above and beyond to ensure that our family has what they need to stay healthy and well. Terrible experience with their pharmacy. Not accommodating to patient needs and lack a great amount of empathy and compassion for those that rely on medications. Especially as someone who is a nurse and providing care for her community, it’s great disappointment that the level of respect and compassion could not be reciprocated. Will move to an alternative pharmacy.

This specific Shoppers Dr Mart is in our neighbourhood and has been our family pharmacy for many years. We continue to experience excellent, individualized customer service from both the store front staff as well as the exceptionally skilled and dedicated pharmacy team. I have worked as a RN for 4 decades and know first hand the absolute huge demands our pharmacy teams are under-never mind what Covid added!. We are very grateful to have this local pharmacy and its staff to help us navigate and coordinate this important branch of our healthcare. Thank you Shoppers team!.

Love this Shoppers Drug Mart, particularly the cosmetics section as they always have a great selection of stuff and their staff is always really kind and helpful!

We moved to the island and thought that this was a good pharmacy to go to because we used to be with Shoppers Drug Mart in edmonton. It went OK for a couple months and then we were really upset with the service from a pharmacist. There were repeated times when she came across as irritated because I phoned regarding my prescription, asking some questions regarding it.I guess the last straw was when I called about some information and the person who answered the phone forgot to mute the call. The pharmacist said what does he want now? Just couldn’t believe how bad she was. In the end we transferred to a different pharmacy and they have been excellent.

Used to shop here but due to staffing shortages it's not a good experience. Which is ironic as Loblaws (parent company) just laid off a ton of people before Christmas. But we should all be a little more patient, what a joke.

After a very bad experience we had on Hillside Shoppers, me and my daughter went to this Shoppers store and received a great service! I think the lady's name who took care of us is Radka, as per the name in the receipt. She was very polite and courteous, talking to my daughter, joking with her, I wish other places could provide the same level of service as this lady gave us, we have just become customers, whenever we need to go to Shoppers that is the store we will be going.

the pharmacy here is garbage. i just transferred my medications from another pharmacy in Victoria, which were all covered by Plan G, and this pharmacy is fighting tooth and nail to say i don't have coverage. considering one of the medications is $200 a month without coverage, i interpret this as a cash grab. i have been attempting to navigate this for over a week to no avail, facing a lot of attitude from staff when i have called to ask about the status of my prescription/coverage which they claim i don't have. honestly, save yourself the headache and get your prescriptions literally anywhere else. i couldn't be more unimpressed with the lack of integrity, customer service skills or competence.
