Mayday Towing

I had a very bad experience with this company recently and have tried to get a hold of them since to no avail. (Bad time estimation, bad customer service, damaged vehicle, TEXTING AND DRIVING)What happened was i had called them from the side of deerfoot at 13:18 to get a quote for price and time of towing, they had stated 45 minutes, and a service call" fee on top of hookup+km fee. with other companies i have only paid for hookup and km but i figured the speed would be worth the fee as i had to be at work.At 13:51 I get a call from the company telling me there's a tow truck driver with more more jobs before mine

Locked my keys in my car. Someone else tried to scam me and these guys showed up quickly and charged a fair rate. Highly recommend.

The driver was earlier than quoted. He was very friendly and was interested in what the problem was. He checked a few of the problems in the car and under the hood. He made a few phone calls then proceeded to fix my problem. 5 stars service quality!

DO NOT CALL THIS TOWING COMPANY!!! They will take your credit card info and leave you high and dry!!! We called today to have our vehicle towed from the Calgary impound lot after a car wreck and the Mayday service person we spoke with assured us the vehicle would be picked up within two hours. Upon arriving at the impound lot we paid our fee, and we were told by the impound that Mayday is NOT an approved towing company - due to insurance issues. I called Mayday to ask about this and they were very evasive in answering my questions, telling us that they actually contract out other towing companies, including ASAP. By this time we had already given them our credit card information. BE WARNED! I am very concerned that this company is going to steal my identity and rob me. Three hours later we still hadn't received a call from the tow driver and called Mayday again. We were shuffled around and put on hold several times before finally being told the driver had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I believe this company is a sham and a cover up for an illegal enterprise and I warn anyone DO NOT CALL THIS TOWING COMPANY. THEY ARE FAKE.

Terrible! Was told it would take 30-60 minutes to get to me, it was 5 hours. Driver was a horribly rude man. Price was more than quoted and I can’t get a proper receipt from them to get my reimbursement from AMA - a nightmare!!!

that was impressive.to be honest this is the first time i had my car towed so i cant really compare it to other experiences i had but i can tell that these guys really know what they're doing!their website was clear and straight forward,then the dispatcher was super helpful and she definitely managed to calm me down after i slide down to a ditchbut the cherry was Ali - the driver, he came to rescue me from the darn ditch and put me back on the road in less than 20 minutes!price was decent too, i will definitely keep their number.thanks guys!

Great experience! Called them for a tow and the gentleman on the phone was so kind! He came right away and the whole experience was a breeze. Smoothest experience with a towing company I've ever had. Highly recommend.

Just got my car towed 5 blocks cost me 203.50 a unreal amount .it was not clear on the phone what the tow would cost .driver was not very friendly and not help full in trying to figure out or explain the cost and why it was so high would never use again and would never recommend to anyone.
