Wanted to leave a positive review, despite not loving my massage.The whole process was very easy and encouraging. Staff were nice and receptionist was exceptionally kind.I was disappointed in the massage, it was quite painful and left me worse off. Although, every experience is unique - so take it for what it's worth.What encourages me to try again is their pleasant staff and welcoming demeanour.Side note: hand sanitizer was delightful, smelled like sweet lemon grass.

I went here for the first time because the other places I usually go to were booked up/unavailable. Tiaura was my RMT and she was amazing. I got to choose which aromatherapy oil scent I preferred, and contrary to other complaints here, I thought the location and room was quiet and relaxing. Her technique really targeted my areas of concern, and went beyond, compared to other massages I’ve had. I will start coming here regularly from now on.

Professional and very knowledgeable staff. I’ve tried both the massage and chiropractic services, found them to be very helpful especially when both are combined. Definitely worth getting a membership which allows you to pay monthly and then use it as credits towards services. On thing to be mindful is that insurance won’t cover the monthly fees, only the actually billed appointments

I have been a client for many years. My original RMT moved away and I worried that I wouldn't find another that was as good but thankfully I found Nancy. Nancy is a talented RMT and her therapy has helped me immensely with chronic pain. I would recommend her without reservation and in fact, many of my friends are now clients as well. On top of that, she is a wonderful person which is always a plus. You won't regret having a massage with Nancy, trust me!

I had an OK experience here. Slight mix up at the start with massage therapists, then my therapist didn't really focus on my area of complaint and after the massage when you're supposed to be relaxed, I found out that they couldn't connect to my insurance so had a surprise full payment to make (not completely their fault, but not a nice surprise)
