Kehl Windows and Doors

OMG...I am livid right now....been having issues with this company regarding my screen door I purchased over 3 yrs ago. They finally came out to replace the door on nov 7th...after cutting into the facia of my home to install the new door it ended up with the same issue as the old one, 1 gap at the bottom where bugs would come through. They came back out on Monday with the portrayed intention of fixing the door. Told me to go into the house for 45 min and they would get me when all was done. When they knocked on the door they then told me that there was nothing they could do regarding said door and handed me an envelope with a cheque for the refund of the door and told me to go to another company for a door. Took the door and left me with NOTHING!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! They came with the intention of taking the door and lied to me and told me they were there to fix it...I know this because the cheque was dated last thursday!!!!!!UPDATE...see pics below...this is how you install a door that is measured properly

Very impressed with the overall process from quote to install of buying windows from Kehl. Rick and Chris, the installers, were professional. Jules came back to make sure the windows were working properly and to explain the guarantee. Overall, great customer service and windows.

We just had our windows (11) and doors (3) replaced by Kehl and they did not disappoint, we are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. It really felt effortless from the time we placed the order to after the install. Cannot say enough good things about this company. Jules (sales) guides you through the process in great detail and even visited when the installation was happening to make sure the install guys were on track. And the install team was phenomenal. They are true experts. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for the all around complete package.

Needed windows asap for a new build. Other company wait time was 12.weeks. Kehl was able to have my custom order ready within 4 week. YES 4 WEEKS. Which at this time is not long to wait considering the back up in construction. I also wanted 2 large windows to be sliders but they were not able to do that. So they threw in 2 free cranks. Works for me. Price was very resonable and I am very happy with the service. The delivery driver was very kind and mentioned that if I needed tocuh up paint that he would delivery it from Harrow :)My windows are straight up fire!!! Loves them.Ps door is not from Kehl.

Jules was very professional during sales visit. He wore a mask and made sure we were comfortable during the height of COVID. The estimate after measurements was done in just a few minutes, followed by a great presentation on Kehl's manufacturing process and attention to detail.We were excited to learn that they were able to install about 5 weeks earlier than expected. Great weather had everything installed in one day instead of the 2 day forecast. Crews were great!Feels great to support our local businesses.Go Kehl Go!

We are so pleased with our new windows. The windows are very easy to open & clean & look great. The house is much quieter.Jules is very efficient, courteous, professional and handled all the paperwork for the government rebate.The installers were friendly and kept us posted on their progress. They cleaned up when finished and no debris was left. We highly recommend Kehl Windows

We just recently had a large window, an arch and door replaced by Kehl. They did not disappoint us, we were very satisfied with the service and the finished products.Jules was very professional and informative in discussing products, pricing and different options and we never felt pressured to make a decision.
