Showed up and they did not offer ultrasound although my Google search led me here. Had to pay for 30 minutes parking ~4$

New west does not have a good rep for having any good medical places, i called to make appt and message says no appt needed and when i got there was told after I waited for ten minutes, thanks for wasting my time. The uptown location is no better.

Don’t come to this place to take x rays. They prioritize their own doctor and do not take requests from other places. There’s no information about this when you call them. Waste of a morning.

I don’t know what is really going on in this place, but every single time we came to any prices here not matter which branch or location we visit the front people is always yelling, and screaming. This is a multicultural country, specially Metro Vancouver. Service 1/10 … SO BAD SERVICE!

Do not recommend this location. The lab/receptionist is ill-equipped to assist with requisitions from telehealth app doctors (e.g. Maple or Telus Health). She rejected my requisition because Maple's Ontario headquarters address was on the requisition, although it clearly shows a BC claim # on it, and the doctor is a BC doctor. Thankfully, after a lot of running around and time wasted, I was able to get my x-ray from another lab. The receptionist was not terrible as she said sorry about that"
