Dr. Bhalla and staff has been amazing with both my children's orthodontics. I couldn't have asked for any better or more efficient service. I have one child in braces still but she is already so much more confident about her teeth and cannot believe the improvements so far. Shelley at the front desk make the booking of appointments so easy and is so knowledgeable for all my questions i always seemed to have. I highly recommend the work Dr. Bhalla does and give them 5 stars.

Fixed my teeth from crowding, overbite & misaligned jaw from fracture when wisdom teeth were removed. I get lots of complements on my teeth & where I went. Invisalign was well worth the investment & the payment plans made it more affordable.

We live out of town and they are always accommodating and flexible with our drive time to williams lake. We have had great experiences with both our kids, and would recommend them to anyone .

No point in showing up on time for your appointment because they’re always 30-45 minutes behind. Other then that, staff are nice, place is clean, they just need to be realistic about how they schedule.

Doc braces has always been amazing to deal with. They are up front and honest. The receptionist/ admin staff are incredibly kind and easy to talk with. Doc braces also offers payment plans, direct billing to your insurance and interest free financing.

They have been nothing but wonderful to my daughter. They have worked around all her issues, answered all of her questions with a smile, and been so very kind to her. Her treatment has been flying by and it’s all thanks to the support from staff at doc braces!
