They never answer phone call and it's like a miracle to take an appointment with them ..a very bad service you can find it there only

How is this willesden Citizens advise functioning.They are never open. They phone lines are never answered.There office is always shut.Why isnt any MP or government department or the council looking into this disgusting excuse for a service..??Instead of using corona virus as an excuse try to dignify the service users, we are not stupid.Other citizens advise office seem to be functioning fine. Telephones answered correct help received without cultural bias and exceptional customer service.What's the issue with the CAB WILLESDEN GREEN???Could everyone kindly like this post and share your experiance on this thread.Perhaps maybe then someone would look into it.

Service blatant failure. Nobody ever answer no matter how many times you call or at what times. Even via email, when you get referred by the national helpline or you refer yourself, they refuse to actually help saying you must call them to give more information and as I said above they do not answer!

Trying to speak to an advisor when there is no longer a drop-in facility defeats the purpose of the service as it's impossible to get through

I would give 0 starts if I could! Hallo is anyone working there?!Tried to call 3 days constantly for 2h and line is busy all the time! Only today between 10am 1.58pm I made 210 calls. I don’t believe I will not get to anyone with this amount!Is this what’s my tax and council tax tax money goes for? I do know that to work in Brent Council you don’t need any skills just connections but this is a joke!In 2018 after 3h wait outside I been told to google answer on my issue now is impossible to even book appointment.Just close it if you cannot run this place!

As others have wrote, no matter how many times we call you you never pick up the call and those people saying that you’re the best place to come you probably work there so don’t do automatic reviews to yourself as this is not helping others. I am calling you since September and never got in touch with you. Disgusting.

I just contacted them toady Friday 24 march 2023 at 10 AM when they just open at 10 AMAnd they give me auto response we're currently busy your call is finished please keep trying. All there operater very busy.Time has expired.Most reviews said same problem in the service.So my question is, why are they working for free? Are they still getting paid?

To make an appointment intelligent smart agents working there who are always willing to help for 3 they do make a difference and it is worthwhile service environment is clean and tidy and the staff of very helpful im very pleased you have come here to see the help that I needed from the citizens advice bureau Brent
