Ventured here late last night, so I can't say anything about the inside, but the fountain by the front of the building is not bad if you're just looking for water without spending a lot of money. Water was pretty good for city tap but I'm sure it's even better if the water in your home isn't that good.

Easy access inexpensive water... bring your own jugs =)

This place used to be decent but there's literally no parking, everyone uses it so there's usually a line but for 25 cents a gallon it's still a deal. That's the only reason I give 3 stars otherwise it would be 2 stars.

Called with an issue with my well. He walked me through everything i needed to. He easily could have come to my house and charged me for same information.

Randy will take care of you... knowledgeable, know his stuff AND area water, especially wells and aquifers and what they need for filtration and softening. I 3 days he built, delivered, and installed a custom softener for me that handles our temperamental well like a champ! super clogging river silt, hard water and iron, GONE! Thanks Randy!

I've called Plattsburgh Water Systems on more then one occasion. When I first moved into a house that had an old chlorine infusion system to take egg smell out of my water Randy the owner walked me through how to prime they system which the original owners thought was inoperable. He has helped me get pieces for this system from time to time when it has broken down, and has walked me through a few trouble shooting problems. he came all the way to my house on one of his days off to help when i couldn't figure something out and didn't even charge me even when i tried to insist. All this on a system he didn't even originally install. HE IS AWSOME!!!
