I wish there was a chance for 10star. One of the best reliable and quick service ever received. Zafar at the store had a great knowledge over the phone issues and trouble shooting. Thanks a ton for getting my phone working with no loss of data as I didnt have back up too!

Was in a hurry at lunch to purchase a basic USB-C charging cable. Didn't look at price on POS terminal when I tap payed. Was charged $22.39.... complete rip off.

We had 2 broken screens on iPhones and Mobil Q helped us out in an extremely timely manner and at a great value! We highly recommend their service!

Awesome customer service. The person that helped me was super knowledgeable and kind. Cost way more than I thought it was going to, but after doing some research, I found out that the price was competitive.

This is the worst!!!! Took phone in to be repaired. Was told 3-4 days and no problem that they can fix it. Then 10 days. It has been over 10 days in thier possession. The warehouse sent the phone to Alberta and they couldn't even fix it. So if they couldn't fix it why not inform me in the first 4 days? This place lies and has every excuse in the book.

Went there to get my phone fixed and although they couldn’t fully fix it (it was too waterlogged) the gentleman seemed very knowledgeable and actually showed and explained what was wrong with the phone and didn’t charge me anything since he couldn’t fix it, they seem like honest folk so 5 stars they get

Not impressed. Even in the slightest with this company. I got a replacement screen ($280) last month and there was a colour disfiguration i mentioned it to them and they said they would call in a week and I had 30 day satisfaction guaranteed. Fast forward three weeks and no call I unfortunately broke my screen so I called to get another one, they wouldn’t have it for a few days... fine i can wait. I go in and it’s not covered because I broke it (which was not originally what was said to me) fine whatever I need it fixed for work. I come back to pick it up and now there’s a black shadow in the bottom right side of my phone half way up it. I made it clear I was unhappy and this is ridiculous especially because I’m about to pay another $200 for It... his comment back was “ well I can put your old one back on” uhhh seriously no whatever just ring me up so I can get out of here . I’m pissed at this point that I have to pay for a faulty screen he only charged me $120 but again it’s a faulty screen... I’m paying you to replace my broken screen with another broken screen. I do not recommend, I will not go back . It’s a money grab and I’m disgusted! If I could rate less than one star I would!

Zafar fixed my son's phone in minutes. He was awesome with his customer service and patience. A first class guy.

5 Stars for fast and honest work. I dropped my phone off Sunday, they ordered the part Monday, it arrived Tuesday morning and I just picked it up! Thank you so much guys, I will recommend your service to friends and family as well as use your service in the future!

Had a broken screen at 4pm on a Wednesday. Fixed by 5pm. Amazing service.
