They are great. I took a pair of old silver and pearl earrings in that I wanted to have made into white gold instead of the silver. Don kept them the same design as I loved the design and made white gold dangling chains for the pearls and they are incredible.I found a ring that I wanted that matched my new earrings, but it too was not exactly how I wanted it was yellow gold so he took the shank and he made it white gold. Which is perfect because now I can where it with both white and yellow gold jewellery. You guys are absolutely awesome thank you for everything.

Needed my engagement ring fixed, was quoted about a week which is average but I was called just a few hours after dropping it off saying it was ready for pick up! Amazing! Not only were they fast but my ring looks so great! Would never know there was any damage!! Highly recommend!!!

I have a VERY sentimental piece of jewellery and unfortunately it recently broke. It’s incredibly worthless to anyone else, but it means the world to me. I didn’t have a lot of hope it could be fixed, but I took it to Blue Diamond Jewellers and they told me they could absolutely do it.Not only did they fit it AMAZINGLY (it looks brand new), but it was done incredibly quickly and very inexpensive.But the part that really made my heart smile, was that they knew how important and how sentimental this piece was to me. So when my husband showed up to pick it up for me; he had to provide SIGNIFICANT proof before they allowed him to take it. I would have been destroyed had that piece gone missing; so that fact they really ensured they were giving it to the correct person was amazing. My heart is so so so incredibly happy.
