Do not order the eggnog latte from here. What is normally a creamy, smooth, sweet coffee isade to taste like bitter wood because the barrista puts WAYYY too much spice on top. All you taste is nutmeg. Gross.

Very disappointed with new rewards program changes. Very difficult to find a location in Calgary, most have shut down over the past few years. On the weekend scanned my card with payment, when asked for tip option, chose no tip as it was a take out order, but machine went ahead and charged a 20% tip and charged my cc. The cashier left the counter as soon as she handed me the pos machine, so I wasn't even able to talk to her. I have been a long standing customer of second cup and have been very disappointed with their decline for several years, despite being a superior quality of coffee. I will not be back, I guess Starbucks will be getting all my business from now on. Very disappointing.

Lots of space left in the cup of the frozen yogurt. There is a hole in the middle. It's pricey for what you get. Toppings cost extra. It cost us roughly $25 for three of these. We are pretty dissapointed.

I really like this location. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff have always been friendly and really made an effort to get to know me.The coffee is consistent with Second Cup, so if you like it at another location, you’ll like it here.

We like this place. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is warm. The other customers seem good. Some talk to us when we go. It’s usually got people but never too busy that there has always been a seat for us to enjoy.

My favourite neighbourhood coffee shop hands down. Cynthia is amazing and treats her customers with care and respect. I love stopping her for my regular coffee order and the conversation before I start my day.

Great local place with decent coffee. Workers are nice and have started to recognize me which is nice. The banana bread is also amazing!Minus a star because they put a plastic stirrer in every single cup which is such a waste. Would prefer they just left it out, or redesigned the lids similar to Tim Hortons & McDonald's with a build in bendy cap.

Has become my go-to Second Cup after the Shawnessy location was closed down. Simply the best coffee, where the various roasts and blends actually taste different, unlike a certain other chain or two. And the baked goods are always top-notch, whether it's one of the wide selection of muffins, a slice of their incredible lemon-cranberry loaf or the absolutely-best-ever scone, as well as the savoury items like bagels and sausage rolls. Cynthia and her staff are friendly and the place is clean. Only thing I wish is that they had an extra-large coffee!
