Great customer service...quick response to queries, figured things out using photos by email, had servicing done fast as I had guests coming, had necessary parts in stock (very old system), accurate quote. Wham, bam - run like a pro!

Going above and beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue, and following up with me to ensure all was good the following day is appreciated beyond words. Technician Rob also provided great service, very polite and knowledgeable.

I have to tell you, Mark and his team at Water Depot went above and beyond for the service call on my Iron remover. Even when I had to call a couple of times to get clarification on how to set it and to make sure it was all okay. BEST IN THE AREA! Thank you Mark and team!!

Considering how difficult it is to find a reliable water filtration service that will arrive straight to your home armed with punctuality and class - this was a revelation. Not only was I left genuinely impressed, but the manner in which I was treated was first rate and left me beyond satisfied. Water Depot makes Orangeville proud during difficult times, and for that I'm thankful. Highly recommended and definitely worth your time and effort.
