The combo plate was amazing. So delicious. The interior design is beautiful but the atmosphere is still a bit take-out/fast-food

I gave this place a try because it had amazing reviews on Google. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. I don't know if it was an off night but the fish did not taste fresh. Definitely not worth the price I paid.And once again the owner shows his true self with his reply. Buddy its called feedback. Is this not the point of Google reviews? I'm sorry you don't like honesty.

Food was so amazing. My husband and I stopped here during our road trip to Ottawa, and it was amazing. Fresh sushi, the service was helpful and quick. One of the best chicken teriyaki ever, and great salmon rolls. Hope to run into this place again

Wow best sushi's I ever had !!! Super fresh top quality grade ingredients and it's true you don't need any extra sauce the flavours are just delicious without anything.Ambiance: can't rate as it was a uber order and im so happy they deliver to my house!!Service : super fresh and I'll definitely try to come here again in person!The tempura combo was amazing very crispy and everything is so freshThe sushis were super fresh and they even had caviar (ikura) in one of my dishesThe avocado tartar was my favourite.. I like how there was pure protein and no rice in that dish super delishDefinitely worth it and recommend trying out!I believe they are new in town and they'll be seeing me more oftenCheers

Have ordered and picked up maybe 10-12 occasions over the last two years and almost always food quality was very good but now the last two orders we placed were extremely disappointing. The quality has gone downhill and extremely so. Definitely since beginning 2023 it has become quite poor. We will not order anymore as clearly there is a serious problem. A take out sushi restaurant needs to have high quality food and now its very unacceptable . I hope the management makes quick improvements because they have lost us as regular customers

This is an update to my previous review. We ordered from this place to give it a second chance when we weren’t that pleased. We ordered using Uber Eats at 6:28pm and the food arrived at 7:41pm. What arrived was cold, gluey, inedible, soggy, sticky, and at an unsafe food temperature for at least 30 minutes. We ordered tempura vegetables, shrimp, dumplings, fried sushi rolls…etc. We live 1km from their front door. I would not serve this to my enemy. We took the $90 meal and threw it out and are picking up Greek.

Our family love Sushi and sashimi. We’ve been move to Pointe Claire for more than 1-year and tried some sushi restaurants. We would strongly recommend Naruto to all my friends that this is the best. The quality of salmon and tuna is good, the quality of sushi rice is good! The staff are extremely nice. If the owner could add some fatty tuna sushi or sashimi, it would be much better.
