The lady at the cash register was clearly new, asking for help, which is fine. But then she tells me to hurry up when I am grabbing cash because the line is long."It's completely rude

I don't like the way they treated me.I live within walking distance from this branch and stopped coming to it because of the way they treated me.I always ask for my cold brew with no ice.One time on the drive-through, i asked for my drink to be with no ice, when reached the drive through window they gave me the drink with ice, I told the lady I don't want Ice, she replied you didn't say" . I am ok with the mistake but I am not ok with the attitude

Tim Horton's is really losing its lustre. The quality of the food over the last short period of time has really declined. The coffee often tastes burnt or acrid. The cups/lids leak almost every time. You have to now pay extra for dipping sauce if you don't want to eat dry potato wedges. The service is prompt, and the staff is friendly. But often whenever I get something to go, the bag ends up being an absolute MESS. It is not just this location, it is a common problem. This time I got some dipping sauce for the wedges and the lid wasn't closed properly on the small container so when I reached into the bag to grab it, it was just everywhere. It isn't super easy to clean up either.Other times I'll get chili and a bun and ask for the bun to be buttered, but they'll skip this step and just throw a few butter packets into the bag with the hot chili. They will melt and burst and then the ENTIRE bag is soaked in grease and butter. I'm not a clumsy person, this is not due to me being unduly careful. Maybe this issue can be solved with better training? I.e.please just butter the bun? (I'm driving and this is not exactly easy to do while piloting a vehicle).I'm not trying to be a whiner, but when a person pays close to the provincial minimum wage for a sandwich meal, coffee, and a donut, it would be nice to not have these problems.

I normally wouldn’t complain, but $13 is a bit much to forgive. I went and got 2xl coffees and 3 donuts. Had $22 on my Tim’s card, it came to $6 something, paid and had $15 left on it. The girl working proceeds to hand me the wrong coffee, and I said it should be 2xl double doubles. I’m not a picky person, I didn’t ask for a refund nor did I really care for one, I would’ve been fine paying the difference if I owed more, if I didn’t owe more then I wouldn’t have cared about the difference. But she proceeds to run through a refund and re-scans my Tim’s app barcode, and then does it 3 more times before going “do you just want the refund in cash?” To which I said sure, I don’t really care, however is easiest. She gave me back a toonie and some random coins after standing there for several minutes with a $5 bill and a bunch of change in her hand and seeming to randomly grab at some, making sure to turn back and add a dime for good measure, and I now have $1.36 on my Tim’s card. I’d like to not get robbed while trying to get my coffee fix, thanks. Also consider staff that can count, I would’ve been okay waiting for her to bust out a calculator, I get it, I’m not mathematically inclined either

I want to gove 0 stars to the service and customer service to this location. I recently visited the store at 2 am. At first I got the wrong order and when I complained about it the two girls working had no experince of talking to us. We said thankyou for cganging the order and they said it was alright before too and the two employee working started shouting at each other. They were rude and they didn’t provide the right service the second time too. I would recommend to never visit the store..and the store manager really need to change the employees of the store and replace them with someone who has better way of treating their customers. We wanted to complain the third time too but we just didn’t want to have any other conversation with them.

They never prepare the mobile order and keep it ready. They always start preparing when I get there. The point of the mobile order is to have it ready for pick up so we save time. If you prepare when I get there, what’s the point of me doing a mobile order?

I ordered a bagel and it was completely burned. Inedible. Their service is getting worse over the past few months. I've had multiple bad experiences there. Not going back to this place now.

I have gone to this location so many times and received such rude service. The counter staff can't seem to find basic manners as important when interacting with customers. Clearly management needs to step up and hold employees accountable. Half the time they can't even be bothered to tell you when your order is ready, they just chuck it on the counter and walk away. They don't thank you for your order or tell you to have a nice day. Simple things. I for one am going to take my business over to Starbucks and McDonald's as they are within walking distance of this location and actually seem to care a bit more about the customers.

I think either the staff are new or the store is really uncoordinated so it’s not their fault as they were very accommodating when I asked about my order, that’s why I gave 2 stars. I order oatmilk in my coffee because regular milk gives me stomach issues and when I went to take a sip… it was regular milk despite my specification. (crying over my 50 cent loss too /s) Tims usually doesn’t mess it up, so I think the mobile ordering system/staffing needs to be fixed in this store as the staff only began to prepare my order when I asked, and they didn’t call out the order numbers/who the order is for (which again, is not the staff’s problem, just coordination issues I suppose).

Really bad customer service, the lady on the counter had a rude straight face , so much staff just chatting at the back and I was standing there waiting to give my order but no one was there to take it.
