The customer service was 10/10 it was my second time in the place and I really liked.The only thing I will mentioned is that people need to know that you need to register first, I am telling you this because the previous guy did not take any detail so he missed that step.Wonderful service

The teller was knowledgeable of services and offered me the option of an instalment loan vs. a payday loan which I didn’t know was even an option. She was friendly, polite and walked me through the steps of the approval process as well as the paperwork. The explanation of this service and repayment agreement was clear and concise. I am grateful to have been offered such an option as it suits my needs a lot more.Alternatively, now that I am trying to pay this loan which I took out quite a while ago now seems to be more challenging. My bank isn't able to consolidate my outstanding debt on my behalf and had to plead with the teller to get a copy of what I currently owe.

I recently took a big loan and i am very pleased with their services. Christina Thrayee was the person who assisted me with this loan. I was well explained in details about my payments and conditions. She also helped me with an insurance plan. Overall i had a great experience.

I met the Indian gentleman who was at the customer service and he was great with service and he knows how to satisfy customers. I really like the way he explained me everything in detail. He is very content and energetic. I will definitely go to his store and will get service from him again.
