I LOVE smooth wax I’ve gone twice now and it’s been great each time I’ve had Amber and Leyte they are all so professional and nice no weirdness or judgment it’s an amazing experience I’ll never go back to shaving! Brazilian all the way!

This is my go to hair removal spot in London. I have had 3 different ladies wax me and they have all been so kind, comforting and good at their job! Liette is amazing, she my favourite. I have tried a lot of waxing places and these ladies are it. They are also very clean and organized. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely love this place! I had a horrible first experience at Queen of the Nile and I came to smooth and it was amazing. 10x less painful and 10x more comfortable. Amber is always amazing and takes amazing care of me! Will always come here over anywhere else

I get my brows tinted and waxed and I appreciate how efficient, and talented the team are at Smooth. I also love that I can book online and their hours are great. I highly recommend!

Had my first waxing experience here and I'm very pleased with how quick yet efficient they are! I had Liette and she was very kind and managed to do a great job on my legs despite me definitely not growing my hair out long enough. The prices seem reasonable, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and overall a great first experience :)

If you want an amazing experience and flawless wax you need to hit up Smooth!! They are super friendly, it's very clean, and I got one of the BEST Brazilians ever!I've been getting Brazilians for over 15 years and I've tried many different salons (foxy box in Victoria was my fave previously!) But these guys are the best I've had in London. I also got a brow wax and it was excellent.They beat out several places in Montreal and WaxOn for speed, price, and thoroughness. It was also basically pain free! Even in the worst spot! (Iykyk)If you need a great wax, look no further!

I’ve been seeing Amber for over a year at Smooth and she is absolutely fabulous! She always goes above and beyond to do an amazing job & it truly feels like i’m catching up with an old friend everytime i stop in. The front desk staff is also always lovely!
