Services and rates are transparent and fair—you get what you pay for—and the on-going cleaning is an immensely valuable addition to my family’s quality of life. If there is a specific area of your home that needs attention, they are on it without hesitation. Emily cares about her customers and goes above and beyond between services. With 2 teenagers at home and a job that takes a lot of my time and energy, I don't want to imagine my life without Immaculate Home! I started using their services about 6 months ago after I decided to switch from another home cleaning company. It was an excellent decision. Not only does McKenna (our assigned person) do a wonderful job cleaning our home, Emily from Immaculate Home is also always in good communication with me at all times. They are very friendly, professional, and punctual. Cleaning day is my favorite day and it takes such a load off of of my mind to know that its going to be done while I'm busy working, and done consistently, and well.

Emily and staff are the best!! They are very accommodating with scheduling conflicts and have an amazing eye for details. I used Emily and Immaculate Home to organize our pantry. I was blown away by the results! It had been something I wanted to do for a very long time and always put it off. Immaculate Home came in, armed with containers and cleaning supplies, and took care of it in an afternoon. They went through every bag and container, cleaned all of the shelves, labeled everything and organized it so that everything had an appropriate place that made sense. We have been working with Immaculate Home for the past year, and it has been a joy to work with them. They are punctual, responsive, reliable, flexible, and, most importantly, are top-notch cleaners! They worked magic with one of our bathrooms, deep-cleaning some of the tile and grout, and have been wonderfully accommodating in working around our cats & dog, as well. It has been such a gift to be able to off-load these cleaning tasks and to be able to instead spend more time on things like playing with our kids! We would recommend them highly in a heartbeat.
